📦 Overview

At Toywallah, your satisfaction matters as much as your child's smile. If something isn't right with your order, we make returns simple, fast and stress-free. This policy explains what can be returned, the timelines involved and how refunds are processed.


Return Eligibility

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • All original accessories, manuals, and freebies must be included.
  • A valid order ID or invoice is required to initiate a return.
  • Products purchased during clearance or "Buy 1 Get 1" sales are eligible unless marked otherwise.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following categories cannot be returned unless received damaged or defective:

🔄 How to Return an Item

Request a Return

Go to Account & Lists → Returns & Orders and select "Return Item" on the product.

Choose a Reason

Select the return reason and whether you'd like a refund or replacement.

Pack & Schedule Pickup

Pack the item securely with all accessories. Our courier partner will pick it up from your address.

Get Refunded

Once quality-checked at our warehouse, your refund is processed to the original payment method.


💳 Refunds & Timelines

  • Refunds are initiated within 24–48 hours after quality check at our warehouse.
  • Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery orders: refunded to your bank account or Toywallah Pay Balance within 7–10 business days.
  • Toywallah Pay Balance refunds reflect instantly and can be used for your next purchase.

🔧 Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please raise a request within 48 hours of delivery along with photos or a short video of the item. We'll arrange a free pickup and prioritise your replacement or full refund — no questions asked.


🔁 Exchanges

Need a different size or colour instead? Choose "Exchange" while raising your return request. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and follow the same 7-day eligibility window.
