Return or cancellation approved

Once your return is picked up and passes quality check, or your order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund process begins automatically.

You'll get a notification and email confirming the refund amount and the method it's being credited to.

Amount credited

Refunds go back to your original payment method (card, UPI, wallet) or instantly to your Toywallah Pay balance, whichever you choose.

Quick answers to common payment questions.

This usually resolves itself within a few minutes once the bank confirms the transaction. If the amount isn't reflected as an order or refunded within 24 hours, contact our support team with your transaction ID.

Payments can fail due to incorrect card details, insufficient balance, bank server issues, or expired OTP windows. Any amount debited during a failed transaction is auto-reversed within 5–7 business days.

Yes — you can combine your Toywallah Pay balance with a card, UPI, or net banking payment to cover the remaining amount at checkout.

Go to the Toywallah Pay balance shown at the top of the page, select Add Money, choose an amount, and complete the payment via card, UPI, or net banking.

COD is available only in select pin codes and for orders under a certain value. Availability is shown automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.
